Here is why.Cenote El Jarden Del Eden with huge rocks in the center where you can swim to and rest.See what the underwater views are like at Cenote Eden as well as what it is like to visit Cenote El Jardin del Eden. Some cenotes are in caves and some the roofs have collapsed and the water is exposed to the sun and open air. 200 mxn pesos each to get in.
This is a perk of being adventurous and getting away from bigger tourist areas!Beautiful cenote! Refreshing.
Now a UNESCO World Heritage-listed archaeological park, its intact temples, and famous stepped pyramids may be explored during this comprehensive guided tour, which tops off fun-filled history lessons with a visit to the colonial town of Valladolid and a swim in a sacred limestone waterhole. We also visited Cenote Cristolino and loved both. More locals don’t go in winter but tourist don’t seem to mind. I have been there twice, the first time I thought they have had a bad day, ILovely big clear cenote. Other then that, there is not much else. There are two other small cenotes next to this one, so if you wish you can visit more in one day or come back and see each one. They are located close to most people and are beautiful. This make for a nice place to rest. Thanks for recommending this cenote! They might rent this cenote to you and it is more private and available. Credit cards are not accepted because of lack of internet and they apologetically only gave us 15Great morning visit to a beautiful cenote, quiet, cool and calmWe arrived just after 10am, very few people in the pool at this time. I like the rocks in the middle that you can sit on and relax in the water. So don’t expect a tourist welcome. It’s great for swimming, snorkeling, and diving.
Be sure and take some Pesos. The price has gone up to 200 pesos per person. There was one restaurant along the highway but it is basic.
Espexially thanks for telling about this cenote, we went, and it was beautiful! I love this cenote the most because it’s not all developed – at least not yet. It was a really good find and would not of found it if it was not for your guide. Going in mid march probably, water maybe a little chilly, like an average swimming pool? A savory buffet lunch is also included.Review collected in partnership with this attractionIs this a romantic place or activity that you would suggest for Would you recommend this place or activity to a friend looking for an This place its magic, the cenotes are a great adventure to have while you are in the riviera maya you can choose of a bunch, we choose cenote el eden wich is located in playa del carmen on the highwayBring pesos!!!!

Cancún - Chetumal Km 266, 77720 Playa del Carmen, Mexico - Rated 4.6 based on 92 Reviews "Heaven on earth. Cenote Eden preserved in its natural condition. Cenote Eden is large and one of the most beautiful cenotes in Playa del Carmen. the walk back was a little form the highway but we did not mind. ItWe didn't even snorkel and loved the beauty of this place - we spent a couple of hours just chilling out in the cool refreshing water, which is the perfect temperature at this time of year (apparentlyThis Cenote is located in the same area as Cenote Azul and Cenote Criistalino. It is on the side slightly out of view but you can park closer to the building next to the cenote to make you feel better. It was very busy and full. We had a great time.
We have been in Playa for three weeks, and your guides have been very useful to us. We have dozens of others that you can visit also on our site. Cool and refreshing. Are you looking in Playa area? We brought some food and ate under one of the palapas. Most people go for a few hours and then leave. Or do you just put it under a palapa and hope no one steals it?There are a few places you can put your bag on the dock.
You might consider contacting this place. The water quality is very clear so we do recommend bringing your own snorkels. On one end of the cenote there is a cliff for jumping. We sent a great afternoon here.
I'm sure all three are great, we just happened to choose Jardin de Eden. It was so peaceful and the water was so clear.
There is no restaurant inside the cenote property and this should not be confused with the restaurant in Playa Del Carmen with the name El Jardin. We are six people one of which has trouble walking long distances.
Hello. I am glad it is still clean and a good spot.
The water is crystal clear. Great.
Some scuba divers and a few people snorkeling like us, it was fun to watch the scuba divers. The water was perfect for snorkeling and there were not as many people as I thought that would be there.
We would guess that they are closed and we would suggest going another day. If you are staying close to them like at the Barceló Hotel it is worth going across the highway and checking but otherwise we would assume them to be closed for the holiday.Sorry, we are not sure if these cenotes are open on New Years Day.Is there somewhere we can buy lunch. This is the version of our website addressed to speakers of Chichen Itza is an ancient Maya city in Mexico that was abandoned in the 15th century. It’s very self You have also mastered the colectivos! Plus the little fish nibble on your feet, cool stuff.
Thank youThis was our favorite cenote while visiting the Riviera Maya. So it is best to keep things in your car while you swim. Felt very local and not touristy. It is large and has multiple points of jumping in. Still worth it. Bring your own towels, food, drinks (no alcohol).Thank you for trip review Jane. I tried cristalino and azul and they wore similar but worse. We have updated the price.
The palapas are up higher and out of sight. They are getting more popular. This cenote is open and makes for a lush surrounding area with plants growing in the water and all the rocks covered in green moss.
Specially the guy with the beard and sun glasses at the entrance.
Today, July 10, 2018 the entry fee is $200 MX.We are staying south of Playa and Eden is close. or are you open to other areas? It’s a very “local” place. Hopefully they will use the money well to preserve them and keep them clean. This cenote is beautiful.
