He is not a typical concierge - he is just “everywhere” and really goes out of his way to make a stay at Les Lodges a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We have travelled widely around the world, but finding an individual which such a commitment to service is exceptional! Pool is one of the nicest I've ever seen considering it was last week of August there were always beds around the pool, happened to be the only person for couple of hours some mornings which was amazing, there are plenty of beds available in the garden too, sunny whole day which is a big thing for me.
